LowkeyAsk is free to use today: creating links, sending messages and revealing cost nothing. This policy covers paid features we may add later, and applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. What you can buy
[Describe each paid feature, for example a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription, what it includes, and its price in Indian rupees including GST.] Paid features never include hints about who sent a message.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
2. Cancelling
- Subscriptions: cancel any time from [where in the app], or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- One-time purchases: can be cancelled for a full refund until you start using them.
3. Refunds
You can get a full refund if:
- you were charged more than once for the same thing;
- you were charged but didn’t get what you paid for, and we couldn’t fix it within [e.g. 3 working days];
- you ask within [e.g. 7 days] of buying and haven’t used the feature yet.
We don’t usually refund features you’ve already used, part-used subscription periods, or accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email [support email] from the address on your account, with the Razorpay payment ID (it’s in your payment receipt) and what went wrong. We’ll reply within [e.g. 2 working days].
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [5 to 7] working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
5. Failed payments
If money left your account but the payment failed on our side, it’s usually returned automatically within [5 to 7] working days. If it isn’t, email us with the payment ID.
6. Delivery
Everything on LowkeyAsk is digital. Paid features are available on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped.
